Darts continues to grow rapidly across the globe, and nowhere more so than in Europe where the sport has enjoyed a huge surge in popularity. That growth is clearly reflected in the 2026 PDC calendar, with the European Tour set for further expansion – not only increasing the number of events, but also adding two brand-new host countries. The aim is to reach an even wider audience and meet the rising demand.
Alongside the expanded schedule, prize money is also on the rise.
The PDC has officially confirmed the host cities for the 2026 European Tour. While many familiar venues return, two cities will be staging an event for the very first time: Kraków in Poland and Bratislava in Slovakia – both marking major milestones in the continued international growth of the sport.
In total, the European Tour will grow from 14 events to 15 in 2026, with prize money for each tournament increasing from £175,000 to £230,000.
The season begins on 20–22 February in Kraków, Poland, and concludes on 16–18 October in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
Once all 15 events have been played, the top 32 players on the European Tour Order of Merit will qualify for the European Championship, taking place in Dortmund from 22–25 October, with an additional £750,000 in prize money up for grabs.
