Cameron Menzies is through to the quarter-finals of the 2025 World Grand Prix of Darts after a brilliant win over Rob Cross. Meanwhile, Danny Noppert stunned Stephen Bunting in one of the evening’s biggest surprises.

All matches – Day 3

Cameron Menzies – Rob Cross 3–1 (3–2, 3–0, 2–3, 3–2)
An early shock saw Menzies take out Cross 3–1 in commanding fashion. He could easily have won 3–0 as he remained composed throughout, hitting six 180s. Cross never found his rhythm. Menzies will now face world number one Luke Humphries.

Stephen Bunting – Danny Noppert 1–3 (2–3, 2–3, 3–0, 2–3)
Bunting started as favourite but looked uneasy from the start, visibly struggling as the match went on. Noppert, on the other hand, was clinical – nine 180s in 18 legs, a stunning feat under double-in rules. He now faces Gary Anderson.

Luke Humphries – Krzysztof Ratajski 3–1 (3–0, 3–2, 1–3, 3–1)
Humphries took time to settle, not landing a 180 until the ninth leg. From there, he dominated, producing a 109.00 average in the deciding set. He meets Menzies in the quarters and looks in great form.

Joe Cullen – Gary Anderson 0–3 (0–3, 0–3, 1–3)
Gary Anderson’s dream of lifting the Grand Prix title stays alive after an easy win over Joe Cullen. Cullen was off his game, averaging below 60 in parts of the match. Anderson meets Noppert next, hoping to reach his first Grand Prix semi-final.
