Last year’s World Cup of Darts was not a pleasant journey for Lithuania. They finished last in Group E after losses to Taiwan and Ireland.
This year, they are in a group with Sweden and France, which is a tough draw for Labanauskas and Barauskas. The pair are used to playing together, and for the TV audience, Darius Labanauskas is of course the best-known player.
It will require Labanauskas to truly deliver in every round for Lithuania’s campaign not to end at the group stage.
