Bahrain will have a very tough time in this year’s edition of the World Cup of Darts.

Players: Sadeq Mohamed and Hasan Bucheeri

Bahrain and darts really isn’t a combination that sounds promising. Sure, the PDC has given the country its own weekend with the Bahrain Darts Masters. However, in the last three years of matches between players from Bahrain and the rest of the world, the record stands at 1-36 in legs.

Bahrain will play in Group I alongside the USA and Hong Kong, and it would be considered one of the biggest upsets ever if Bahrain were to win that group.

In last year’s edition, they lost their final match against Iceland 4-0, with an average score of just 54.35.
